Listening Service
What is the Listening Service?
A small team of volunteers provide around 3x one hour appointments to talk about anything you would like to offload in a safe, confidential space, either face-to-face or over the telephone.
Trained listeners do not provide advice or counselling, they are here to listen in a supportive and empathic manner.
You can be referred to this service through the Bay Medical Group Primary Mental Health Team. Please contact reception to arrange an appointment.
"I haven’t talked so much for a long time, feel that it helps - keep it up"
